  1. A total of 239 companies’ data were uploaded onto leak sites by ransomware groups. This is the largest number in the past three months.
  2. LockBit turned out to be the most active ransomware group, uploading 56 companies’ data onto their leak sites.
  3. Companies in the manufacturing industry were targeted the most by ransomware groups, making up 22.1% of the total. In addition, the number of construction companies that have fallen victim to ransomware groups has almost doubled during the final month of 2022 compared with the previous month.
