Built by a founding team of compliance and security experts, GovSky’s goal is to cut the time and cost of compliance for customers in half, by providing functionality such as implementation guidance, project management, evidence organization and document automation.

Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is a cybersecurity compliance requirement developed by the U.S. Department of Defense to ensure government contractors handling sensitive government information meet certain cybersecurity standards, from basic cybersecurity hygiene practices to more advanced security measures. CMMC is currently being rolled out in government contracts over the next few years, and will be a requirement for more than 500,000 companies in America’s Defense Industrial Base.
Depending on a company’s starting point, implementing CMMC and successfully passing an audit is challenging, expensive and time-consuming, taking 6-18 months to implement and costing over $200,000 for the typical small business.
