ZehnTek Acquires BossNine Technologies, Strengthening Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Managed Services Portfolio

WESTBOROUGH, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ZehnTek, a premier provider of technology solutions, cybersecurity, and managed IT services, is pleased to announce its acquisition of BossNine Technologies, including its Pantek brand. The acquisition, officially completed on February 16, 2025, expands ZehnTek’s customer footprint across the Northeast, Midwest, and beyond, strengthening its position as a leading provider of hybrid IT, cloud security, and infrastructure services.


With this acquisition, ZehnTek broadens its enterprise networking, infrastructure security, and cloud expertise, adding specialization in Linux, AWS, and open-source technologies. BossNine Technologies customers gain access to ZehnTek’s extensive experience in Microsoft environments, security solutions, and automation-driven managed services platform, backed by a larger, more robust team.
