Hur brings broad HR experience from Slalom, Microsoft, Starbucks, and Nokia

Hur joins Veeam’s senior leadership team to lead the company’s global people functions and steward a people-centric, values-based culture.

Hur is a seasoned senior executive who has held leadership positions in business, as well as people and culture, at various global organizations in technology, consumer, and consulting sectors. Her career spans over 30 years. In her most recent role as Chief People Officer of Slalom, she successfully developed and implemented a people strategy that allowed the company to expand globally and cultivate a people-centric culture, resulting in numerous accolades, including recognition as one of the best places to work worldwide.
Prior to Slalom, Lucy spent 13 years at Microsoft leading HR for various global businesses: consumer channels, advertising and online, marketing, and the worldwide commercial business. Earlier in her career, Lucy held HR leadership roles with Starbucks and Nokia, was a management consultant at PwC, and started her career at Procter & Gamble after earning a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
