Annual gathering of CSI customers will celebrate the value of a relationship-first approach for community and regional bankers April 14 to April 17 in San Antonio
PADUCAH, Ky.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CSI, a leading provider of end-to-end financial software and technology, will hold its 2024 customer conference, titled CX24: Authentic Roots, Ambitious Pursuits, from April 14 to April 17 in San Antonio. The event will feature dozens of sessions from CSI subject matter experts and other leaders across the financial services industry on topics ranging from digital banking to cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
David Culbertson, CSI’s president and CEO, will open the conference with his keynote speech, featuring the latest news from CSI, his vision for the company’s future and insight into today’s community banking industry.
“Community banks are irreplaceable and play a vital role in today’s economic landscape,” Culbertson said. “The integrity and authenticity of customer relationships are the heart of community banking—and the key to creating lifelong account holders. We look forward to connecting at CX24 to discuss how the next generation of financial technology will unlock deeper relationships and meaningful growth for our customers.”
Tim Tebow will close the conference with a keynote speech exploring the values of perseverance, servant leadership and supporting our communities. Tebow became a household name as a quarterback at the University of Florida, where he won two national championships and the 2007 Heisman Trophy, which is awarded to the best player in college football. Tebow has authored five New York Times bestsellers, including “Shaken,” “This Is the Day” and the children’s book “Bronco and Friends: A Party to Remember.”
“CX24 is a celebration of authenticity, community and purpose, principles that Tim Tebow has embodied throughout his personal and professional life and ones that CSI embraces to our core,” said Jennifer Werner, CMO of CSI. “We’re honored to welcome Tim and all of our guest speakers to share their insight with our customers as they work to build lasting relationships and drive purposeful growth.”
Attendees can also interact directly with many of CSI’s advanced financial and regulatory solutions in the Tech Hub, including demos of Hawthorn River’s loan origination system, CSI’s Instant Payments and other technologies from the company’s digital banking, payments, core, managed services and financial crimes portfolio. The agenda also features a keynote from Dr. Lindsey Piegza, chief economist for Stifel Financial, and sessions with financial services leaders from the Federal Reserve, Javelin Strategy & Research, Celent, Cornerstone Advisors and others.
As part of its annual community outreach program conducted during CX, CSI has partnered with PROSPERA Housing Community Services, which provides housing and resources for low-income families in Central Texas. CSI hopes to raise funds during the conference to support Central Texas residents as they follow their own ambitious pursuits, such as financial literacy and independence, education, food stability, citizenship, English fluency and more.
