Dynex Capital, Inc. Announces Corrections to Previously Announced Dividends on Series C Preferred Stock

GLEN ALLEN, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYSE: DX) announced today a corrected dividend amount for the third quarter 2025 cash dividend on outstanding shares of its Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series C Preferred Stock”) (NYSE: DXPRC), originally declared on September 11, 2025. The corrected cash dividend of $0.64147 is payable on October 15, 2025, to holders of record as of October 1, 2025.


In addition, the Company announced a correction to the cash dividend per share on its Series C Preferred Stock for the second quarter of 2025. The dividend was originally declared on June 11, 2025, with payment made on July 15, 2025. The previously announced and paid amount of $0.62395 per share has been corrected to $0.63088. Shareholders of record as of July 1, 2025, will receive an additional $0.00693 per share on or about September 29, 2025.
