Wesleyan Impact Partners Names Rich Coffey as Director of Impact Growth

Experienced leader brings relationship development and financial expertise to empower the church’s mission for the long term

AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Wesleyan Impact Partners announces Rich Coffey as director of investor relations and impact growth. With over 20 years of experience in organizational growth, business strategy, operations, and financial management, Coffey will advance Wesleyan Impact Partners’ and Texas Methodist Foundation’s vision of empowering the church’s mission through a cycle of generosity that provides investors competitive returns* and funds loans, gift planning services, and learning and innovation cohorts and experiences for leaders, churches, and nonprofit ministries doing the loving work of Christ in the world**.




Coffey has held leadership roles at large national corporations and mid-sized companies across various industries, including legal services, real estate, and advertising, working closely with C-suite executives to enhance impact and optimize operations. Most recently, he founded the Coffey Advisory Group, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations develop strategic growth initiatives and implement scalable best practices.

Coffey holds a finance degree from Trinity University, where he was a two-sport athlete in football and track, and an MBA in operations from St. Edward’s University. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management.
