With two decades of extensive experience, Mr. Olibah is an accomplished CEO and senior executive renowned for leading, developing, and implementing innovative technical solutions. He has a proven track record of transforming companies and driving exponential growth in both public and private sectors. In his new role, Mr. Olibah will lead strategic business growth initiatives and oversee the delivery of business management software solutions and custom software development to federal government clients across defense, national security, intelligence, space, and civilian markets.

Before his tenure at Hexagon, Tammer was part of the executive team leading Booz Allen Hamilton’s information technology and cybersecurity business, where he achieved a strong record of rapid growth. He holds a degree from George Mason University (GMU) and is a member of the GMU Cyber Security Engineering Industry Advisory Board.
