Shawn has more than two decades of experience in building and leading high-performing, customer-centric presales and customer success teams for start-up and scale-up organizations. He will focus on extending the modularity, scalability, and resilience of the RestorePoint.ai Secure Managed Data Service, while maintaining an emphasis on advanced security and data protection.

Shawn joins RestorePoint.ai from EclecticIQ, a global provider of threat intelligence, hunting and response technology and services, where he served as Vice President, Presales and Customer Success. He has worked as a senior executive in customer success roles at BMC Software, Broadcom, CA Technologies and Xceedium. Shawn graduated from the Hawaii Pacific University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and concentrations in software engineering and telecommunications.
