ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications are rigorous, independent audits that software as a service customers demand and deserve. ISO 27001 is an international standard that helps businesses design and implement an information security management system. ISO 27701 is an international standard that guides the design and implementation of a privacy information management system. The 2024 ISO 27001/27701 recertification, combined with the recent SOC 2 Type II recertification and the KY3P comprehensive assessment (formerly known as the TruSight comprehensive assessment), demonstrate Sauce Labs’ commitment to the systemic protection of customer data and critical services, and the strength of its data privacy program.
