TRG Names Brent Onan as Chief Revenue Officer

Former Honeywell executive joins global managed services provider to help drive exponential growth

CLEVELAND–(BUSINESS WIRE)–TRG, a global, privately owned managed services provider, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Brent Onan as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Bringing over two decades of experience across diverse facets of the retail industry and a robust track record in consultative selling and strategic leadership, Onan is perfectly positioned to spearhead TRG’s growth initiatives.

Since 1998, Onan has garnered extensive experience in the retail space by working in almost every aspect of a retail operations—from starting his career picking boxes in warehouses and distribution centers to working in store operations, loss prevention as well as driving technology enhancements. His tenure in retail has equipped him with a unique understanding of the industry’s dynamics. He held significant roles with major retailers such as Gap and Nordstrom, where he led teams of up to 150 members, combining leadership acumen with hands-on operational expertise.

In his most recent role at Honeywell, Onan led the strategic retail team, the west coast region and the business development strategic team. His experience with major OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) like Honeywell adds a layer of credibility and a deep industry insight that will be invaluable in his new role at TRG.

Onan’s roots are in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he cultivated the values of hard work and the importance of family. He holds a degree from the University of Minnesota and has lived in Chicago and Dallas, where he currently resides with his wife, Megan, and their two sons, Brenden, 14, and Weston, 11.
